Skunk Ape?!!

Our friends’ short film called “Skunk Ape?!!” was part of the Troma Film Festival, which is run by the guys who do movies like the one above, _Terror Firmer_. They also do all the Toxie movies like the latest installment, _Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger Part 4_.

“Skunk Ape?!!” is about a mythic creature in the Florida wetlands whose home is disrupted by a guileless punk band. It played really well at the fest, which was at the Biograph (that’s where Dillinger was shot!). Jed and I are in “Skunk Ape?!!”, as “Knockdown Man” and “Knockdown Woman”, respectively. We’re innocent bystanders in the big chase scene at the end and get, well, knocked down.

The filmmakers are our friends the Brookens Brothers.
